What is a concept (initial draft)?

Concepts are basically the varieties of logo you will get (based on your chosen plan) as a start-off. For example, after you complete your payment and fill out the form, we will design 3 separate logos for you and will email them to you. Then, based on which one you liked best, we will be able to continue our work on it to finish your project. This will guarantee your satisfactory experience with us.

How do revisions work?

After you are provided with your initial concepts, you will be asked to give us feedback on the one you want to be your branding logo. You will then ask us to "revise" your project to make it even better liked by you. Although our designers will always suggest things to you to make your branding more efficient, the final words are yours to be acted upon. So, after your feedback, you will be given chances (the number of these chances varies from none on FREE products to unlimited revisions).

How long will it take for me to get my designs?

Based on your package, this will differ. For each package, you will see an "Additional Information" tab at the bottom of each service. As an example, to check how many days will take you to get your first drafts and later revisions for your "Premium Logo" package, you only need to click the item in "Our Services" page, which will take you to the service page. Scroll down a bit, and you will see "Additional Information" tab which contains all the information regarding the product.

Will my final files still be editable?

Yes, but for some services. You, based upon your choice of our packages, may or may not get the open layer files that can be edited further. But, we assure you that the number of revisions before your final review will suffice in every way as their number for each product has been wisely chosen. However, in most packages you will be able to ask for the editable files and you will surely get them for FREE.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do! We will accept all orders from most countries. But your country will have to have the capability of handling Paypal and/or credit cards. For free services, you may order from anywhere on the planet.

Do I need to have Skype to contact you via Skype?

No, Skype currently allows you to use your browser to browse to our chat. A representative will be waiting for you there to start your private chat with us.

Why pay in advance?

Instead of wasting time on projects from clients who are not serious about their project at all and may have submitted their order "just for fun" and spending more time on your project, we have come to the conclusion that receiving payments is the only solid way of ensuring that the clients will seriously follow their project with us. However, on the other hand, we will ensure that the paying client will get the satisfactory services he/she has put the responsibility of in our hands.

Will only one designer work on my project?

No, multiple designers are assigned to paid services to ensure the integration of different styles in your initial drafting and finally on your upfront designs.

How do I choose, pay for, and place my order?

The payment process has been designed to be time-efficient and secure. All you have to do is look for your favored service, click add to cart, pay with your PayPal account securely (or if you don't have a PayPal account, use your credit card on our safe and secure payment tab) and after a successful payment complete a form letting us know what you would like as your branding logo (or other services). We have also added a Crypto safe payment method so you can pay securely with Bitcoins, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.

What will I be asked for on the order form?

The form has been designed so that it is convenient to fill and only necessary information will be asked so that our designers know what is right for the business in hand.

I have made the payment and received the confirmation. Now what?

All you have to do is wait now. Our team will get in touch with you using Email.

Do you offer a free logo design service?

No, unfortunately, we had to sunset our free logo design, however, all our design packages include freebies for you.
