Our efforts as marketers stem from the availability of tools in a ever-growing market of products and services. These efforts usually involve funnels which will enable us to create leads which ultimately brings us sales. The question here remains: What will attract customers more in 2023?

The data we have used over the years to attract customers/clients is becoming so big. It’s so big that the possibility of competing is fading away if we depend solely on it. Customers are looking for ways that will enable them to connect by heart. This is before they even can make the decision to act as customers.

What this means is that our efforts must lead them to a place where they can connect with us. It won’t suffice if they just connect with our product(s). People are becoming more and more dependent on the sensibility of products and who makes them. The feeling of trusting who makes their purchased product is becoming more and more important by the day.

What Can Brand Building Do For Us?

The trust of a customer fades away when there is no brand image in their mind. The way they will perceive our brand is the only thing that can bring trust into their minds. By connecting the funnel to only a product, we will be losing the opportunity of staying connected. Moreover, the world is not a place where we can survive with one-time sales.

If we neglect building a brand image for ourselves, people are less likely to involve themselves with what we offer. Put simply, our sales will suffer if we don’t at least try it and build an trustworthy image in the minds and hearts of our customers/clients. We will have one main goal: to guide consumers from one stage to the next until they are fully fledged advocates of your brand.
